How do you combine a passion to rescue cats and dogs with a retail business? We figured out a way, and created
Planet Pet located in the heart of Tennyson Street culture district. After years as a veterinary technician at Planned
Pethood, Janet Young found herself taking in abused or neglected animals, treating them, and finding them new homes.
Soon she had her own small scale rescue, but wanted to do more for the MANY animals who needed her help
- so she created "Planet Pet." A small and inviting retail space where you can adopt a dog or cat and
get all the supplies you need! Offering premium pet food, treats, collars, toys, leashes and beds... Planet
Pet is a place you can enjoy shopping for your pet or visiting with one you can adopt!...think of it as a "Rescue Boutique."

Our knowledgeable staff
can give you advice on animal nutrition, dental and supplement needs for you pets. We carry Avoderm, Natures Logic,
, Canidae/Felidae, Active Care, Pinnacle, plus a wide selection of natural chews and treats. We are happy to announce
